I specialize in supporting individuals from all walks of life achieve optimal health and well-being, including athletes, first responders, military personnel, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating metabolic or hormonal shifts. Hi, I’m Tasha, the founder of Natasha’s Nutrition Lab. My passion for functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and performance wellness comes from both professional experience and personal discovery—and I’m here to help you take control of your health with evidence-based, personalized strategies.
My Journey
✔ Veterinary & Medical Background
Since 2008, I’ve worked in veterinary medicine, specializing in nutrition, holistic medicine, and specialty care. My journey also includes serving in the US Air Force Reserves and working as an EMT—giving me a unique perspective on health, resilience, and performance.
✔ Deep Dive into Functional Medicine
After years of studying autoimmune conditions, hormone health, and metabolic function, I earned my Master’s in Functional Medicine and Nutrition from the University of Western States (UWS). Frustrated by the lack of clear solutions in traditional healthcare, I sought to bridge the gap between science-backed nutrition and real-life wellness solutions. I have also obtained multiple certifications through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), further deepening my expertise in personalized, root-cause wellness strategies.
✔ Movement & Performance Expertise
In addition to my background in functional medicine and nutrition, I am a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and yoga instructor. My approach blends strength, mobility, and functional movement to support optimal health and longevity. As a certified trauma yoga Instructor through Warriors at Ease, I integrate mindful movement to help clients manage stress, improve resilience, and restore balance. With multiple certifications across various fitness and movement disciplines, I tailor movement-based solutions to each individual’s unique needs.
✔ Breathwork & Meditation Integration
I incorporate breathwork and meditation techniques to help clients regulate stress, enhance focus, and create a mind-body connection that supports overall well-being.
